Questions about your order

Shipping topics:
Please note that in commercial trade, liability for the products you have purchased is transferred to you when handed over to the shipping company, in accordance with Section 447 of the German Civil Code (BGB). This means that we are not liable for shipping damages, delays, or general shipping issues.

We cannot answer questions regarding shipping matters and kindly ask you to contact the logistics partner using the information provided in your shipment tracking. Should you not receive your order within the time frame we specified, please feel free to contact us via email/contact form, providing your order number and tracking numbers.
 

Print & Pre-Orders:
Please note that we will inform you about the status of your order for printed cups or lids exclusively through our fully automated status updates. These are sent as soon as information about the individual steps is available. Therefore, inquiries via email regarding shipping and process status cannot be answered.
 

Quality management:
Have you received the wrong goods, too few goods, or goods that show damages that are demonstrably not caused by shipping? If so, please contact us via email/contact form with your order number, attaching photos and a description.
